Reliance Matrix Participates in the Chester County Futures Career Expo
March 2026
Reliance Matrix recently participated in Chester County Futures’ annual Career Expo, giving students a valuable opportunity to connect with Philadelphia-area businesses and explore potential career paths. This year’s event was held at Immaculata University, where 80 high school students engaged with representatives from 35 regional companies to learn about current and future job opportunities across a wide range of fields.
Reliance Matrix was proudly represented by team members Ed Miller, Margie Simon, and Allie Bennett. They met with students to provide an overview of the company, introduce their respective roles, and share insights into the day-to-day responsibilities, challenges, and rewards of their professions.
With 35 companies in attendance, students explored a variety of career opportunities, including entry-level roles, internships, and other pathways in fields such as finance, healthcare, creative design, engineering, and the skilled trades.
Chester County Futures is committed to supporting high school students by connecting them with resources, opportunities, and mentorship that promote success both in school and beyond. The Career Expo is one of many initiatives offered by the program, alongside academic support, mentoring, and college and career readiness workshops. Serving students in grades 9–12, the organization typically works with participants throughout all four years of high school. Many students come from low-income backgrounds, with approximately 80% identifying as first-generation college students.
Following the expo, students toured Immaculata University’s campus and met with admissions counselors to learn more about the college application process and admission requirements. It was a meaningful and inspiring day for all involved.
