Chester County Futures Honors Reliance Matrix with the Community Impact Award

A nearly decade-long partnership is helping students build brighter futures—one opportunity, one mentor, and one achievement at a time.

For nearly a decade, Reliance Matrix Foundation has partnered with Chester County Futures (CCF) to help empower high school students through education, mentorship, and meaningful opportunities for personal and professional growth. This longstanding commitment will be celebrated as Reliance Matrix receives the 2026 Community Impact Award at Chester County Futures' 30th Anniversary Celebration.

The Community Impact Award recognizes a business that has gone above and beyond in supporting CCF's mission. Reliance Matrix is being honored for its continued investment in students through philanthropic support, employee volunteerism, mentorship, and career-readiness opportunities.

CCF works with high school students in grades 9–12, providing the resources, guidance, and encouragement they need to succeed in school and prepare for life beyond graduation. Through academic support, mentoring, college and career-readiness workshops, financial literacy, and career exploration, CCF helps students build the skills and confidence to pursue their goals. Many participants come from low-income households, and approximately 80% are first-generation college students.

Reliance Matrix's commitment extends beyond financial support. Team members have volunteered their time to conduct mock interviews, helping students gain confidence and valuable experience as they prepare to enter the workforce or pursue higher education. Employees have also participated in CCF's Career Fair, connecting directly with students and sharing insights into the world of work.

Reliance Matrix is also a leading sponsor of CCF's Annual Golf Outing, one of the organization' key fundraising events. Through the Reliance Matrix Foundation, the company further supports student success by providing a scholarship to a deserving graduating senior.

Together, these efforts reflect a shared belief: when students have access to the right resources, relationships, and opportunities, they can envision—and achieve—a brighter future.

Reliance Matrix is honored to receive the 2026 Community Impact Award and remains proud to partner with Chester County Futures in helping prepare the next generation of leaders, professionals, and changemakers for success.
