For nearly three decades, Reliance Matrix Foundation and Philadelphia Ballet have shared a belief in something powerful: the arts can open doors, build confidence, inspire creativity, and create opportunities that can last a lifetime.

This year, Philadelphia Ballet honored that longstanding partnership by presenting Reliance Matrix and Reliance Matrix Foundation (RMF) with its Corporate Citizenship Award at the Ballet's 2026 Gala on September 17.

The Corporate Citizenship Award recognizes business and community partners whose commitment helps sustain Philadelphia Ballet's artistic, educational, and community programs. For Reliance Matrix, the recognition is especially meaningful because it celebrates a partnership that has reached nearly 10,000 Philadelphia students through the transformative experience of dance.

Through its support of Philadelphia Ballet's educational programming, RMF helps bring high-quality dance experiences to middle and high school students throughout the School District of Philadelphia. Each Year, approximately 300 students from 12 schools participate in immersive programs designed not only to teach dance, but also to encourage creativity, discipline, collaboration, and self-expression. Among these programs are the Let's Dance Program, the High School Choreographic Mentorship Program, and the Summer Dance Camp.

The 2026 Gala marks the beginning of a three-day celebration of the opening of Philadelphia Ballet's new Center for Dance, a significant milestone for the organization and the Philadelphia community. Philadelphia Ballet has long been recognized as one of the nation's leading dance companies, and its new six-story Center for Dance represents a major investment in the future of dance, education, and community engagement. The Center for Dance will officially open with a ribbon-cutting celebration on September 18, marking a new chapter for Philadelphia Ballet and the community it has served for generations.

For Reliance Matrix, the Corporate Citizenship Award is more than an honor—it reflects the organization's commitment to making a meaningful difference in the communities where it operates.

At Reliance Matrix, we believe in giving back to the communities we call home. Our nearly 30-year partnership with Philadelphia Ballet has given us the opportunity to help young people develop their talents, inspire confidence, creativity, and see new possibilities in themselves.

We are incredibly proud to receive this award, which is a meaningful recognition of that commitment and of Reliance Matrix's longstanding investment in the Philadelphia community.
